Hiya I thought that jumper as amazing quality couldn’t be happier with the embroidery. Bad points are there is a spelling mistake instead of “my little king “ it says “my litte king” this might have been a mistake on my end not too sure . And only other thing is I would say there quite small for size however I’m happy with the product and it is very sentimental to me I appreciate the time and effort took . I am really happy! the material of the T-shirt and the car print is very good and it came out just like I imagined it :) the only thing I would have liked more is the size of the car to be a little bit smaller. Thank you for making this ♡

Ok so first thing I would like to say is that I know buying from a random website is scary and it definitely scared me and had me checking all the scam review websites, but I got it. Total time from order was 21 days, I ordered November 10th and received it the 1st of December.
Secondly, I was worried about the hoodie not getting shipped out in time and so I messaged their support, it took the support team 4 days to get back to me. Not the best when I was worried the website might not have been legit haha, but they did get back to me saying that they had just finished and shipped it.
So from November 10th to the 17th for the ship date was pretty impressive! They aren't slow at all, but unfortunately the shipping they used was a little slow in the US. It got held up in California for about 10 days.
Ok now about the actual hoodie:
1. Props to whoever designed this because it looks fantastic! They even got the details down to the bracelets on my girlfriends wrists!
2. There was some cross stitching that I had to snip off myself, it took all of 10 minutes with some small scissors and some nail clippers (washed though, I'm not a bad boyfriend haha) though it would be nice if they did this for you. It was mainly present between the letters of the song.
3. They somehow separated different body parts on our bodies, like I'm a very white boy, but you can see where my neck and chin are divided, that was really cool!
Overall, I believe that they could have faster customer support and some better US shipping, but everything else turned out great and I can't wait to give it to my girlfriend for Christmas!
